Congratulations to Rick & Letha for winning a "Class Award" in Rogers last Saturday August 25th. They participated in the annual "Summers End" Corvette show with their 2003 50th Anniversary Corvette.
Bob and Cindy took part in the annual “St. Patrick’s Day” parade in Melbourne Beach, FL. After the parade they went to Hooters. As you can see by the photo, Bob tried to take Cindy’s picture and those pesky Hooter girls got in the way!
The club held its June cruise on Sunday June 10th. We had a great turnout with 13 Corvettes. We cruised to the Cliff House for lunch through the Arkansas Ozark Mountains. The weather was perfect and the company wonderful!!!
On Saturday May 12th the club participated in the annual Spring Cruise In at Century21 in Mountain Home. The event is sponsored by the Classic Chevy Club. We had a great turn out, 10 club Corvettes. Did I mention they had "free" hotdogs?
Sunday May 6th the Corvettes of the Ozarks held its monthly cruise. We took the long way to P.J.’s Restaurant/Resort for lunch. It was a beautiful day and we had a great turnout, 13 Corvettes participated. Great time!!!
The September cruise was held on Sunday 9, September to Dawt Mill, MO. The weather was a little questionable at first but as it turned out, a great day. We had an incredible turnout, 15 member Corvettes and 1 guest Corvette. There were a total of 31 participants. A great big thank you to Bob & Cindy for organizing this event and congratulations to all who attended!!!
On July the 8th the Corvettes of the Ozarks held it's monthly cruise. We cruised from Mountain Home to Angler's Restaurant on the White River. Great turn out, 12 Corvettes, and a great cruise.
The club held its annual Top of the Rock Cruise Sunday October 21st. We had a great turnout and the weather was “Perfect”. Thanks to Larry and Bev for organizing and leading the cruise. Oh, the prime rib was excellent and the bacon was plentiful.
The club held it’s annual Christmas Party Saturday 1 December. We had a wonderful turnout and everyone was in a terrific Christmas spirit. After dinner we held a “Dirty Santa” gift exchange. Santa was very good to us!! To everyone that could not make it and to all of those who are not members, we wish you all a very Merry Christmas!!!!!
The club held it's August cruise on August 11th. We had a terrific turn out with 14 member Corvettes participating. We cruised the beautiful back highways to Low Gap, AR for lunch. A great time!!!!
The club held it’s first monthly cruise for 2018 Sunday April, 15th. Dubbed the “Snow Cruise”, 9 Corvettes braved the cold temps and participated in the cruise to Gaston’s for Sunday Brunch. Even with the cold and snow flurries, we persevered.
Larry & Bev attended the annual Hot Springs Corvette Weekend on April 21st. They showed their 1956 "Restomod" and received 3rd place. Congratulations Larry and Bev!!!
